Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of curesahealth.com, the website operated by Curesa Health. Please read them before using the site. By browsing the site, submitting a form, or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the website only. If you become a client, the care we provide is governed by a separate written service agreement signed by you or your authorized representative. Where that service agreement and these terms differ, the service agreement controls.
Who we are
Curesa Health provides non-medical in-home care in Santa Cruz County, California, including companionship, personal care assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, respite care, dementia care, and 24-hour and live-in care.
Not medical advice
Everything on this website is general information about home care. It is not medical advice, nursing advice, or a clinical opinion, and reading it does not create a care relationship, a provider–patient relationship, or any professional relationship between you and Curesa Health.
Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here.
We are not a licensed home health agency. We do not provide skilled nursing, physical or occupational therapy, wound care, injections, medication administration, or any other service requiring a licensed clinician. Our caregivers may provide medication reminders where the service agreement allows, which is not the same as administering medication.
Emergencies
This website is not monitored for emergencies. Do not use our contact forms, email address, or voicemail to report one. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are in crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
Inquiries and how we may contact you
When you submit a form, call, or email us, you are asking us to get in touch, and you agree that we may reply by phone, text message, or email using the details you gave us. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing hello@curesahealth.com.
Please give us accurate information, and only submit someone else’s details — a parent’s or a spouse’s, for example — if you are authorized to do so.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a care relationship or guarantee that we can serve you. Care begins only after we complete an assessment, confirm we can meet the need, and both sides sign a service agreement.
Caregiver job applications
Information you submit through our careers pages is used to evaluate you for employment. Applying does not create an offer, a contract, or a promise of employment. Any employment we do offer is subject to background screening, reference checks, and the eligibility requirements of California law.
