Requirements for Home Care Aides

We’re looking for caregivers who are reliable, caring, professional, and aligned with our values.

Basic requirements include:
  • Experience caring for seniors or individuals who need support
  • Strong communication skills and a warm personality
  • Dependability and professionalism
  • Ability to assist with ADLs such as bathing, grooming, meal prep, mobility, etc.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and reference check
  • HCA registration with the state (or willingness to complete it — we can guide you)
If you’re new to the field, don’t worry — we’re happy to support you through the Home Care Aide process.

Training and Ongoing Support

We don’t believe in sending caregivers into homes unprepared. Curesa Health provides:
  • Clear guidance on each client’s needs
