Consultation and Care Needs

Your care journey begins with a warm, informative consultation. We talk through:

This first step is relaxed, pressure-free, and focused on understanding your situation. You can share as much or as little as you’d like — we’re here to listen and guide.
Step 02

RN Review and Personalized Care Plan

Before care starts, a Registered Nurse reviews your care needs to ensure we create the right plan from day one.

Your RN-generated plan may include:
  • Daily assistance needed (personal care, mobility, housekeeping, meal prep, etc.)
  • Safety considerations
  • Ideal caregiver qualities
  • Recommended schedule
  • Communication preferences
  • Household routines or rituals we should respect
The RN does not perform medical treatment — this review ensures the care plan is thoughtful, safe, and tailored.

You’ll receive a clear outline of what your caregiver will do during each visit so expectations are always transparent.
Step 03

Meet Your Caregiver

Once your care plan is set, we hand-match a caregiver who fits your loved one’s personality, communication style, and support needs. When possible, we arrange an introduction before the first shift so your family feels confident and comfortable.

We believe connection is essential — and we prioritize consistency so your loved one sees the same familiar face whenever possible.

Ongoing Support and Adjustments

As life changes, care needs change too. We stay actively involved by:
  • Checking in regularly
  • Adjusting schedules and tasks as needed

  • Communicating clearly with you and responding quickly to questions
  • Updating the care plan when routines shift or new needs emerge
